How to register?

Registration for the Symposium takes place by completing the registration form available on the website www.aeha.pl, under the link www.aeha.pl/rejestracja. When registering for the Symposium, the Participant enters his/her personal data. Once all the required data has been entered and confirmed by pressing the ‘next’ button, a message will appear on the screen stating that confirmation of registration participation will be sent by email to the email address indicated on the form.

How do I log in?

By entering your email address and the password generated during registration.

I have forgotten my password, how do I retrieve it?

In the login panel of the website www.aeha.pl, there is an item ‘Forgot password’ - after clicking on it and entering the email address provided by the Participant during the Symposium registration, a temporary password will be sent to the email address indicated by the Participant, which must be entered into the login form and then a new password entered (set).

Is participation in the Symposium free of charge?

Yes, participation in the Symposium is free of charge.

Does the Symposium Organiser provide accommodation for Participants?

Participants may apply to the Organiser for the provision of free accommodation on 30-31 May 2024. However, free accommodation is only available to Participants who meet the criteria described in the Internal Regulations.

Can I cancel my participation in the Symposium after the registration form has been sent and confirmed by the Organiser?

If you wish to cancel your participation in the Symposium, you must inform the Organiser of your wish to cancel immediately, no later than 40 days before the Symposium starts. To submit your cancellation to the Symposium, please log in to your Account and then under My Account (the ‘man’ icon in the top bar on the website) submit your cancellation by using the ‘Cancellation’ button.

Will the Symposium Organiser reimburse my travel expenses to and from the Symposium?

The Organiser provides free participation in the Symposium and accommodation for Participants who meet the criteria described in the Internal Regulations.

What are the technical requirements for using the Website www.aeha.pl?

Browsing and using the Website, creating an Account, and registering a Participant for the Symposium requires:
1) the use of an electronic device (laptop, desktop or other device capable of viewing the Website), 2) an active connection to the Internet, 3) the use of a web browser capable of using the Website.

Why is it necessary to create an EHA account?

Creating an EHA account is essential to effectively manage registration and logistics related to the Symposium. Through the EHA website, we will keep you informed of any significant changes regarding the Symposium programme, such as schedule changes, new speakers or location changes. This will enable you to adjust your plans in time. You will receive information about important dates, such as workshop registration dates or details related to Symposium preparations. At the end of the Symposium, all accounts created will be deleted.
